  - Site development, working with your engineers and site design people and all phases of site construction such as surveying work, soil conservation, driveways, utility hook ups, drainage, driveways and parking areas, landscaping, etc. 

  - Building Design and Cost Management, working with your Architectural Design Group or with one of several Groups we can recommend, or estimating from your completed architectural and engineering plans.

  - All phases of Building Construction including cost estimating, help in contract preparation, preparing for and obtaining all permits as necessary, complete schedule of construction services all the way to obtaining final certificates of completion and move in.
